Honey brandy was the first spirit made by Pirker. Nothing is more difficult than capturing the fine fragrance and delicate flavour of honey in a distilled spirit. Today we can offer you an impressive variety of fine brandies, all of which boast exceptional flavour, and have therefore been recognised with many awards.

It takes time, patience, a thirst for experimentation, a sensitive palate and of course great expertise to distil a spirit that retains all the wonderful characteristics of its base fruit. Pirker’s distillers have been excelling at this since 1989, as is shown by the many prizes won by our fine fruit brandies year after year.
The purest honey is used to make our honey brandy.
We only use fruit of the highest quality.
We do not use flavourings of any kind.
No added sugar or alcohol is used in the production of our spirits.
Every spirit is marked with the year of production.
