Withdrawal

The right of return does not exist:

• for goods that are tailored to the personal needs of the customer (custom orders)
• for goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature
• for opened product packaging

If the customer is responsible for the destruction or damage of the goods, he is obliged to reimburse their value.
