Mead Medium Sweet

Sweet and dry mead are mixed in equal proportions to produce this semi-sweet mead.

Tasting tips: Lemon Mead: Top off a glass of medium sweet mead with a squirt of pure lemon juice.

Gin and Mead: Add medium sweet mead to 20ml of gin, serve with ice and garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry on a cocktail stick.
