The Pirker distillery in Mariazell is one of Austria’s finest. Every distillate we produce has a distinctive mildness and a completely natural fruit flavour.
OUR DISTILLING PHILOSOPHY We use only the best varieties of fruit and honey, and we never add alcohol, sugar or flavourings.
Fermentation takes place gently, quickly and at carefully controlled temperatures. Low temperatures and the highest levels of purity during distillation guarantee a full aroma and a perfect taste experience. Average alcoholic content: 42% by volume. We regret that certain varieties can only be supplied in limited quantities.
