Honey Lebkuchen: honey (50% honey content in Lebkuchen dough), rye and wheat flour, sugar, egg, inverted sugar syrup, spices. Filling/chocolate coating: blackcurrant preserve (blackcurrants, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, humectant: sorbitol, preservative: potassium sorbate), Chocolate coating: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soy). Decoration: marzipan (almonds, sugar), egg white, sugar, potato flour, natural food colourings from apple, lemon, blackcurrant, radish, and green algae and safflower extract. May contain traces of nuts and/or nutshell pieces. Store at room temperature. Consume within a few days of opening.
