Honey Lebkuchen: honey (50% honey content in Lebkuchen dough), rye and wheat flour, sugar, egg, inverted sugar syrup, spices. Decoration: cherries, almonds, icing (sugar, water). Filling: Figs, dates, raisins, plums, candied lemon and orange peel, hazelnuts, walnuts, sunflower oil, fruit preserve (blackcurrants, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent: pectin, humectant: sorbitol, preservative: potassium sorbate). Chocolate coating: cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin (soy). May contain traces of other nuts and/or nutshell pieces. Store at room temperature. Consume within a few days of opening.
